We are creating an online database on Amplify for all members for ease of communication and a variety of other features!

WHAT TO DO

Get Added To the Database

FILL OUT THIS FORM.

The information provided here will be entered into the database. You can easily add multiple family members with this form as well!

Accessing Your Account

After filling out the previous form, you will receive an email with a prompt to create a password in order to access your account. This email is sent out manually and can take several days to appear.

Login

Once you receive your email, follow the link to create your password. From there, you can login to your account at any time.

What is the new Database?

We are using Amplify to create a new, online database as it has a variety of benefits for our ministry at First Church and for all participants!

COMMUNICATION

This will enable us to easily send newsletters, notices and emergency contact via e-mail, text messages and voice messages. All groups can be easily contacted for any updates regarding meetings and any emergency cancellations.
For example, different groups can be easily assigned to any person, so if you're involved with the youth group, choir, adult Sunday school or council, each group can be easily contacted by those in charge of them.

GIVING

This database integrates with our current online giving platform, so if you already give online, you can easily access that via your account.
All of your donation information can be seen on your profile. This will take some time to get updated for the whole year, but as we progress, giving statements will be able to be accessed on your profile at any time.
